Spiral Cavity Mold
Complex spiral-geometry mold designed and CNC-machined in-house, demonstrating IRS's capability to handle intricate 3D contours and deep-cavity tooling.
IRS CNC machines precision parts in its workshop in Bshamoun, Mount Lebanon. Two Hartford LG-1000 4-axis CNC mills, a manual lathe, a PowerTac vertical mill and a 33-ton hydraulic press work under one roof, so your part goes from drawing to finished component without being passed between subcontractors.
The Hartford LG-1000 machines complex geometries and contours with 4-axis simultaneous machining — a capability that is still rare in the regional market. With two units running in parallel, we can split a batch or keep one machine free for an urgent job. The result is repeatable precision: the tenth part matches the first, with tolerances down to ±0.01 mm where the drawing calls for it.
Not every part needs four axes. The manual lathe handles shafts, cylindrical parts and custom turned components up to 1500 mm long with a 660 mm swing. The PowerTac covers vertical milling, precision drilling and slotting, and the HIDROGÜÇ 33-ton hydraulic press supports pressing, assembly and forming. Keeping every operation in-house means fewer hand-offs and fewer delays.
Send a drawing, a CAD file, a sample or simply a description of the problem. Our engineers review feasibility, material and the best machining approach, then prepare a production plan with a timeline, a cost estimate and quality checkpoints — usually within 24 to 48 hours. Parts are inspected for dimensional accuracy before delivery, and night shifts are available when a deadline is tight.

4-Axis CNC Milling · 2 Units
Used for precision milling, complex geometries, repeatable machining, and advanced component production. Rare 4-axis capability in the regional market.

Lathe · 1500 mm capacity
Used for shafts, cylindrical parts, repairs, and custom turned components. Supports workpieces up to 1500 mm length and 660 mm swing.

Vertical Milling & Drilling · Workshop
Used for milling, drilling, slotting, and custom machining support across a wide range of part sizes and operations.

Hydraulic Press · 33 Ton
Used for pressing, assembly support, forming assistance, repair work, and controlled-force applications across production and maintenance tasks.

We machine to the tolerance on your drawing, down to ±0.01 mm. Tolerances are agreed in the planning step, before production starts.
Drawings, CAD files or photos — PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP or JPG, up to 4 MB through the contact form. A physical sample or a clear description of the part also works.
Our team reviews each request and replies within 24 to 48 hours with a technical assessment and a cost estimate.
