Spiral Cavity Mold
Complex spiral-geometry mold designed and CNC-machined in-house, demonstrating IRS's capability to handle intricate 3D contours and deep-cavity tooling.
Prototype first, manufacture smarter. With the Bambu Lab H2S 3D printer in our Bshamoun workshop, IRS CNC turns a design into a physical model you can hold, measure and test — before final machining, mold work or production decisions are made.
A printed prototype shows shape, fit, proportions and basic function much earlier than a machined part. Use it to check that a bracket lines up with its mounting holes, that a housing closes around its components, or that a new product feels right in the hand. Seeing the part early helps reduce design risk and avoid unnecessary rework.
Prototyping is most valuable right before an expensive step. Before a mold is cut or a CNC batch is started, a printed sample lets you and our engineers review the design together and agree on changes. The same team then takes the approved design into CNC machining on the Hartford LG-1000 or into mold manufacturing, with nothing lost in a hand-off.
For development projects, we combine 3D printing with SolidWorks modelling and 3D scanning, so each iteration moves quickly from file to part. Bring a sketch, a CAD file or an existing part; our engineers review it and send a plan with timing and cost within 24 to 48 hours. Clear communication before production is part of the service.

Yes. Our engineers model parts and assemblies in SolidWorks and can take a design from a first sketch to a production-ready file.
Once the prototype is approved, we manufacture the final part by CNC machining, or build the injection mold for it, in the same workshop.
