Spiral Cavity Mold
Complex spiral-geometry mold designed and CNC-machined in-house, demonstrating IRS's capability to handle intricate 3D contours and deep-cavity tooling.
IRS CNC designs industrial parts, assemblies and mechanisms in SolidWorks — from a concept sketch to a production-ready file. Because design and manufacturing happen in the same workshop in Bshamoun, Mount Lebanon, every drawing we produce is made to be machined, molded or printed without surprises.
Our engineers model parts and assemblies in SolidWorks, check how components fit and move together, and turn ideas, sketches or existing parts into accurate 3D models. When a part has to match something that already exists, 3D scanning helps capture its geometry. The model then becomes the single reference for prototyping, machining and inspection.
We prepare 2D technical drawings and DXF files with the dimensions and tolerances production needs, and program the CAM toolpaths that run on our Hartford LG-1000 4-axis CNC mills. Designing with the machine in mind means fewer corrections on the shop floor and fewer surprises when the first part is cut.
A new design can be printed on the Bambu Lab H2S for a shape and fit check before any metal is cut. Once it is approved, the same team manufactures it by CNC machining or builds the mold for it. Our process — review, plan, execute, deliver — keeps you informed at each step, with a timeline and cost estimate within 24 to 48 hours.

3D Prototyping Printer · Prototyping
Used for rapid prototyping, concept models, fit-check parts, and design validation before final machining or mold production.

4-Axis CNC Milling · 2 Units
Used for precision milling, complex geometries, repeatable machining, and advanced component production. Rare 4-axis capability in the regional market.

SolidWorks for 3D modelling of parts and assemblies, with 2D technical drawings and DXF export, and CAM software for toolpath programming.
Yes. We take a concept sketch, a description or an existing part and develop it into a production-ready file.
Yes. We can model it from the original part, using 3D scanning where it helps, and then manufacture it.
Yes. Designs go straight to our own CNC machines, mold manufacturing or 3D printer, so nothing is lost between design and production.
