Custom Spare Parts & Replacement Components in Lebanon
When a machine is down because a part is broken or no longer available, IRS CNC can make it. From our workshop in Bshamoun, Mount Lebanon, we manufacture replacement parts, brackets, housings, shafts, supports and other components to your drawing, your CAD file or the worn part itself.
Made from a sample, a drawing or a CAD file
No drawing? Bring the damaged part. Our engineers review it, work out the dimensions, material and best manufacturing approach, and can prepare a technical drawing or a 3D model in SolidWorks before machining starts. If you already have a drawing or a CAD file, we work directly from it. Either way, you receive a technical assessment and a cost estimate within 24 to 48 hours.
Shafts, repairs and re-machining
The manual lathe turns shafts and cylindrical parts up to 1500 mm long with a 660 mm swing, and is used for repairs and re-machining. The Hartford LG-1000 4-axis mills produce brackets, housings and complex parts with repeatable precision, the PowerTac handles drilling and slotting, and the 33-ton hydraulic press supports pressing, assembly and repair work.

Downtime is expensive, so we keep everything in-house: no outsourcing and no hand-off delays. Night shifts are available for urgent jobs. Every part is inspected for dimensional accuracy before delivery, and on-site support is available for installation, commissioning and troubleshooting.
