Injection Mold Manufacturing & Repair in Lebanon

IRS CNC machines injection molds and mold components in Bshamoun, Mount Lebanon: mold bases, steel and aluminum inserts, and small-series tooling for production. We also correct, maintain and re-machine existing molds, so a worn or damaged tool can go back into production instead of being replaced.

Mold bases, inserts and cavities

Mold work runs on the same CNC floor as our precision parts. The Hartford LG-1000 4-axis mills cut cavities, cores and inserts with complex 3D contours, and the PowerTac handles drilling and slotting on plates and bases. Recent tools include a multi-cavity mold for circular rings, a spiral-cavity mold with deep, intricate geometry, and a spoon mold with smooth curvature and polished cavity surfaces.

Correction, maintenance and re-machining

A mold that no longer produces good parts can often be saved. We review the tool, correct the cavity or insert, re-machine worn areas and carry out regular maintenance, so your production line keeps running. Repairs are planned with the same technical review as new tooling, with clear checkpoints before the mold goes back into service.

Prototype before you cut steel

Before committing to a mold, the part can be printed on our Bambu Lab H2S 3D printer to check shape, fit and proportions. This catches design issues while they are still cheap to fix. When the design is approved, our engineers plan the tooling, materials and tolerances, and send a timeline and cost estimate within 24 to 48 hours.

Frequently asked questions

Do you make new injection molds or only repair them?

Both. We machine mold bases, steel and aluminum inserts and small-series tooling, and we correct, maintain and re-machine existing molds.

What kinds of molds have you made?

Examples include a multi-cavity injection mold for circular rings, a spiral-cavity mold with deep 3D contours, and a spoon mold with polished cavity surfaces. You can see them on our projects page.

Can you fix a damaged or worn mold?

Often, yes. Send photos or bring the tool in; we review it, then correct and re-machine the affected cavity, insert or base.

Can I test the part before the mold is made?

Yes. We can print a prototype on the Bambu Lab H2S so you can check shape and fit before any steel is cut.

Which industries do you make molds for?

We serve sectors including packaging and molding, automotive, medical components, and food and beverage.
